PYRO LDRS Rocket Launch Support
We need to know who is interested and when they can possibly attend to help out with this event. The intent of this event is to help Pyro with directing traffic in the parking lot. A benefit of this is that we are being given a booth to sell refreshments (without having to pay vendor fee's). We'll be selling bottled water, can's of pop, Lemonaid, etc. The profit from this sale will go to those scouts campership accounts that help out.
While at this event when a Scout is not working they will be allowed to launch there own rockets with up to a D engine for free instead of having to pay a launch fee that all other attendee's must pay.
So if you are interested in attending and helping out please provide your name, and select the dates you are available (if you can stay the night also check the night box for each day so that we can plan properly for food and leadership attendence.
